Refunds are issued at the Operator's discretion and may be accepted or rejected as such.

 

Refunds are permitted on the sale of services under the following conditions:

 

To landlords

 

DCS does not charge an upfront fee and only charges once a tenant has paid their rent. Nonetheless refunds on management fees will be processed after a review of the request and issued by paper check from the company.

 

To Tenants

 

DCS Management will provide all refund requests directly to your landlord and will help you process your claim efficiently and expediently.  Refunds will be issued from your landlord directly as DCS in their management capacity does not hold your money upon receipt.
